The Lava Pit Tavern

[Medeor]

Emerging from the portal, you find yourself in Heydeez's most popular drinking establishment, The Lava Pit - whether you need lava or a pit, they have what you need. Demons sit at tables around the room, being served by spirits of the damned (one of the milder punishments in Heydeez). None seem to have noticed your arrival, or if they did, are too drunk to care.

[Sand Guardian]

"Do I even belong here?"

[Medeor]

((Of course you do,this is your quest path. Mevens should be here, too.))
The bartender notices you, but doesn't seem to realize you're not dead or a demon. "Can I serve you, ma'am?"
You don't think the demons are very smart.

[Sand Guardian]

"Lucifers Jeans it's a demon. Where's my minion? Er...I mean...partner?" I walk over to the bar and sit down. "I'll have a mug of ale. Maybe he can't understand me...WHERE'S THE PIBB FACTORY!?"

[Medeor]

The bartender reaches for a mug, but stops when he hears the words "Pibb Factory." He says, "The Pibb Factory? Only Arch-Demons and above rank high enough to go there." He leans over and scrutinizes you. "And you don't look like an Arch-Demon. Say, you don't look like a demon at all!" Suddenly the demons seem to notice you. The few demons not too drunk to fight stand up and circle you. Looks like your cover's blown. Prepare for a fight!

[Sand Guardian]

"Hold on now my good creations of Hell! I am indeed a demon, in disguise! Ah screw it." I pull out my Sword of Skulls and slice my way through the horde of demons, trying to think of good references to Conan the Barbarian.

As you survey the carnage, you notice that your assigned minion companion still hasn't arrived. He probably fell asleep on the table or something. Guess you'll have to go without him, he can catch up later. How hard could it be to find a brewery in hell anyways?
